Jennifer Oliver
Owner | Licensed Cosmetologist
Jennifer is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience, originally specializing in hairstyling and airbrush makeup for weddings, events, and editorial work. Her artistry has been featured in Arkansas Bride Magazine, Life & Home, and Hot Springs On the Go Magazine, and she has demonstrated her techniques live on KARK Channel 7’s Good Morning Arkansas. She has also contributed to several fashion runway shows, including Northwest Arkansas Fashion Week.
Today, Jennifer has shifted her focus from hair to skincare, embracing a deeper passion for helping clients feel beautiful from the inside out. She believes radiant, healthy skin is the foundation of confidence and long-lasting beauty. With advanced training in Dr. Obagi’s medical-grade skincare lines—Obagi and ZO Skin Health—Jennifer is currently working toward becoming a certified Expert. At A More Beautiful You, she now specializes in customized facials and skin therapies designed to support long-term skin health and wellness.

Paul Wood, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist | Holistic Healer | Humanitarian
With over 25 years of experience in massage and bodywork, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to A More Beautiful You. His lifelong commitment to promoting health and healing extends beyond the treatment room through his ongoing humanitarian efforts, where he uses his talents to support wellness in underserved communities.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked in a wide range of settings—from corporate wellness programs and physical therapy clinics to luxury spas—offering personalized care through advanced techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, and myofascial work.
He is currently deepening his expertise with training in Dr. Jones’ Strain/Counterstrain technique and pursuing certification in Fascial Counterstrain, a gentle, multidimensional approach that targets chronic pain by addressing underlying inflammation.

Robin Draper Sales
Registered Nurse Injector | Licensed Cosmetologist | Aesthetic Specialist
Robin is a highly skilled RN injector and certified aesthetic professional, bringing over 28 years of nursing experience and more than 30 years as a licensed cosmetologist to her work. Her unique blend of medical expertise and artistic precision allows her to deliver personalized, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s confidence and beauty.
Robin began her career in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist, where she developed a strong eye for balance, detail, and aesthetics. Her passion for caring for others led her to become a registered nurse, gaining deep clinical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and patient safety. This rare combination makes her a trusted expert in the field of medical aesthetics.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of her craft, Robin continuously trains in the latest techniques and technologies, ensuring every treatment reflects the highest standard of care.
While she currently owns Vivacious Glam Wellness & Aesthetics, we are thrilled to have her caring for our clients in Hot Springs Village every Tuesday and Thursday.

Leah is the warm and welcoming face at our front desk at A More Beautiful You and the heart of our client experience. From booking appointments to answering questions and making sure your visit goes smoothly, she’s here to help every step of the way. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, Leah goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk through our doors.
Joe Fernicola, PT
Pain Relief Specialist | Movement Therapy Practitioner
With nearly five decades of experience in physical therapy, Joe brings an extraordinary level of expertise to A More Beautiful You. He has spent much of his career specializing in both chronic and acute pain conditions, helping clients find long-term relief and improved mobility.
Joe is Arkansas’s most experienced practitioner of Fascial Counterstrain, with over 33 years of hands-on expertise—one of only a few specialists in the entire state. His advanced training also includes electrical acupuncture, therapeutic neuroscience education, and movement-based therapies such as the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, and neural tension release. Joe’s integrative, science-based approach focuses on restoring balance in the body and relieving pain at its source, making him a trusted provider for those seeking lasting results in a calm, healing environment.

Lauren Henson
BS in Nursing | MS in Nursing
We are excited to welcome Lauren Henson to our team! Originally from Bryant, AR, Lauren is dedicated to serving the patients of central Arkansas with compassion and expertise.
Lauren began her healthcare journey at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. She continued her education at UAMS, obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Furthering her specialization, Lauren earned a post-Master’s certification in Pediatric Acute Care from Rush University in Chicago, IL.
She brings over a decade of experience to our team, having started her career in 2011 at the bedside in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. In 2017, she transitioned into a provider role as an APRN within the same unit. This year, Lauren has shifted her focus to pain management and is passionate about improving the quality of life for her patients.
She has years of oversight and expertise in injectable weightloss solutions, including GLP-1 agonists and IV nutritional therapy.
