Jennifer Oliver
Owner | Licensed Cosmetologist
Jennifer is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience, originally specializing in hairstyling and airbrush makeup for weddings, events, and editorial work. Her artistry has been featured in Arkansas Bride Magazine, Life & Home, and Hot Springs On the Go Magazine, and she has demonstrated her techniques live on KARK Channel 7’s Good Morning Arkansas. She has also contributed to several fashion runway shows, including Northwest Arkansas Fashion Week.
Today, Jennifer has shifted her focus from hair to skincare, embracing a deeper passion for helping clients feel beautiful from the inside out. She believes radiant, healthy skin is the foundation of confidence and long-lasting beauty.
Jennifer holds an Expert Certification with ZO Skin Health and attended the prestigious ZO Masterclass with Dr. Zein Obagi in November 2025. With advanced advanced training and a results-driven approach, Jennifer specializes in creating a fully customized ZO Skin Health experience—both in the treatment room and at home.
At A More Beautiful You Med Spa, each facial is tailored to your skin’s specific needs, using ZO Skin Health protocols and professional-grade products to target concerns such as aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, and overall skin health. Jennifer also provides a customized at-home skincare plan with ZO Skin Health products so clients can maintain and enhance their results between visits, supporting long-term skin transformation.

Office Manager
Amy is a creative and dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in interior design, exceptional customer service, and team leadership. Passionate about wellness, she excels at crafting welcoming environments that nurture holistic rejuvenation and transformative experiences, blending beauty, harmony, and nature-inspired serenity.
Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute, Amy has designed luxurious spaces for high-profile brands like Starwood Hotels & Resorts and SLS Las Vegas, focusing on aesthetic detail and client comfort. After relocating to Hot Springs Village in 2023, she earned her Master Gardener Certificate from the University of Arkansas, deepening her love for sustainable, vibrant landscapes that promote well-being.
Amy brings this artistic vision to the med spa, where she personally oversees every detail to elevate your wellness journey with concierge-level care that fosters deep relaxation, inner beauty, and lasting tranquility. From booking appointments to answering questions and making sure your visit goes smoothly, she’s here to help every step of the way. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, Leah goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk through our doors.
Paul Wood, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist | Holistic Healer | Humanitarian
With over 25 years of experience in massage and bodywork, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to A More Beautiful You. His lifelong commitment to promoting health and healing extends beyond the treatment room through his ongoing humanitarian efforts, where he uses his talents to support wellness in underserved communities.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked in a wide range of settings—from corporate wellness programs and physical therapy clinics to luxury spas—offering personalized care through advanced techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, and myofascial work.
He is currently deepening his expertise with training in Dr. Jones’ Strain/Counterstrain technique and pursuing certification in Fascial Counterstrain, a gentle, multidimensional approach that targets chronic pain by addressing underlying inflammation.

Joe Fernicola, PT
Pain Relief Specialist | Movement Therapy Practitioner
With nearly five decades of experience in physical therapy, Joe brings an extraordinary level of expertise to A More Beautiful You. He has spent much of his career specializing in both chronic and acute pain conditions, helping clients find long-term relief and improved mobility.
Joe is Arkansas’s most experienced practitioner of Fascial Counterstrain, with over 33 years of hands-on expertise—one of only a few specialists in the entire state. His advanced training also includes electrical acupuncture, therapeutic neuroscience education, and movement-based therapies such as the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, and neural tension release. Joe’s integrative, science-based approach focuses on restoring balance in the body and relieving pain at its source, making him a trusted provider for those seeking lasting results in a calm, healing environment.
