Jennifer Oliver, Owner
Owner | Licensed Cosmetologist | Expert Certification in ZO Skin Health | Medical Aesthetics
Jennifer is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience, originally specializing in hairstyling and airbrush makeup for weddings, events, and editorial work. Her artistry has been featured in Arkansas Bride Magazine, Life & Home, and Hot Springs On the Go Magazine, and she has demonstrated her techniques live on KARK Channel 7’s Good Morning Arkansas. She has also contributed to several fashion runway shows, including Northwest Arkansas Fashion Week.
Today, Jennifer has shifted her focus from hair to skincare, embracing a deeper passion for helping clients feel beautiful from the inside out. She believes radiant, healthy skin is the foundation of confidence and long-lasting beauty.
Jennifer holds an Expert Certification with ZO Skin Health and attended the prestigious ZO Masterclass with Dr. Zein Obagi in November 2025. With advanced advanced training and a results-driven approach, Jennifer specializes in creating a fully customized ZO Skin Health experience—both in the treatment room and at home.
At A More Beautiful You Med Spa, each facial is tailored to your skin’s specific needs, using ZO Skin Health protocols and professional-grade products to target concerns such as aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, and overall skin health. Jennifer also provides a customized at-home skincare plan with ZO Skin Health products so clients can maintain and enhance their results between visits, supporting long-term skin transformation.

Amy Gardner
Office Manager
Amy is a creative and dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in interior design, exceptional customer service, and team leadership. Passionate about wellness, she excels at crafting welcoming environments that nurture holistic rejuvenation and transformative experiences, blending beauty, harmony, and nature-inspired serenity.
Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute, Amy has designed luxurious spaces for high-profile brands like Starwood Hotels & Resorts and SLS Las Vegas, focusing on aesthetic detail and client comfort. After relocating to Hot Springs Village in 2023, she earned her Master Gardener Certificate from the University of Arkansas, deepening her love for sustainable, vibrant landscapes that promote well-being.
Amy brings this artistic vision to the med spa, where she personally oversees every detail to elevate your wellness journey with concierge-level care that fosters deep relaxation, inner beauty, and lasting tranquility. Tara Fullerton

Tara Fullerton is a Licensed Cosmetologist with a diverse background in beauty, business ownership, client care, photography, and creative marketing. After successfully launching and operating four barbershops alongside her husband, Tara developed a strong understanding of what it takes to create a welcoming environment, build lasting client relationships, market a business effectively, and provide an exceptional experience from the moment a guest walks through the door.
Her professional background also includes experience in office management, inventory systems, organization, and detailed record-keeping. These skills, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, allow Tara to bring both warmth and attention to detail to her role at A More Beautiful You Med Spa.
Tara is also an experienced professional photographer specializing in real estate and architectural photography. Her work behind the camera has developed her strong eye for detail, composition, presentation, and visual storytelling. She also works with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, giving her the creative skills to produce polished imagery and content that reflects a brand beautifully and professionally.
At A More Beautiful You Med Spa, Tara puts those creative talents to work by helping manage the spa’s social media presence and photography. From capturing beautiful images and highlighting our services, products, team, and special events to helping create engaging content for our social platforms, Tara plays an important role in sharing the personality and story of A More Beautiful You with our community.
In addition to her work in reception, social media, and photography, Tara is currently advancing her knowledge as a ZO® Specialist in Training. She is expanding her understanding of ZO® Skin Health products and professional skincare protocols, combining her cosmetology background with a growing passion for science-backed skincare and healthy skin.
Whether she is welcoming guests, creating content behind the camera, helping tell the AMBY story online, or assisting clients as they begin their skincare journey, Tara is committed to making every interaction feel personal, organized, creative, and genuinely welcoming.
Her goal is for every client to feel heard, cared for, confident, and renewed—both when they visit A More Beautiful You Med Spa and when they connect with us online.
Paul Wood, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist | Fascial Counterstrain Therapist | Holistic Healer | Humanitarian
With over 25 years of experience in massage and bodywork, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to A More Beautiful You. His lifelong commitment to promoting health and healing extends beyond the treatment room through his ongoing humanitarian efforts, where he uses his talents to support wellness in underserved communities.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked in a wide range of settings—from corporate wellness programs and physical therapy clinics to luxury spas—offering personalized care through advanced techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, and myofascial work.
He is currently deepening his expertise with training in Dr. Jones’ Strain/Counterstrain technique and pursuing certification in Fascial Counterstrain, a gentle, multidimensional approach that targets chronic pain by addressing underlying inflammation.

Elyse Quattlebaum, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Elyse Quattlebaum is a Licensed Massage Therapist with experience providing therapeutic bodywork in both chiropractic and athletic settings. Her background has given her the opportunity to work with clients with a variety of needs, from everyday muscle tension and stress to individuals seeking support for mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.
Elyse received her massage therapy education from the Massage Career Institute of Conway and has continued expanding her skills through additional hands-on education, including in-person training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
She offers a full range of bodywork — relaxation and therapeutic massage, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage, along with cupping therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage — and draws on that range to build each session around the person on the table.
Elyse believes massage should be individualized to the person, not a one-size-fits-all experience. She takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and comfort level so she can provide thoughtful, professional care tailored to their needs, combining therapeutic attention with relaxation to help relieve tension and leave clients feeling more comfortable and restored.

Joe Fernicola, PT
Fascial Counterstrain Therapist & Pain Relief Specialist | Movement Therapy Practitioner
With nearly five decades of experience in physical therapy, Joe brings an extraordinary level of expertise to A More Beautiful You. He has spent much of his career specializing in both chronic and acute pain conditions, helping clients find long-term relief and improved mobility.
Joe is Arkansas’s most experienced practitioner of Fascial Counterstrain, with over 33 years of hands-on expertise—one of only a few specialists in the entire state. His advanced training also includes electrical acupuncture, therapeutic neuroscience education, and movement-based therapies such as the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, and neural tension release. Joe’s integrative, science-based approach focuses on restoring balance in the body and relieving pain at its source, making him a trusted provider for those seeking lasting results in a calm, healing environment.

With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry, Heather Geeo brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and genuine care to A More Beautiful You Med Spa. A licensed cosmetologist for 11 years, Heather’s extensive background spans cosmetology, skincare and aesthetics, nail services, client care, and the day-to-day world of the spa industry.
Throughout her career, Heather has also managed three spas, giving her a unique understanding of what creates an exceptional client experience—from personalized attention and professional service to the small details that make every guest feel comfortable and cared for.
As a Licensed Cosmetologist, Aesthetics, and Nail Technician, Heather provides services within her areas of training and expertise while helping clients look and feel their best. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every client feels heard, valued, and confident in the services they receive.

Rita Stone is a highly respected Permanent Makeup Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the permanent cosmetics industry. As the owner of Forever Beautiful and the Hot Springs Permanent Cosmetic Institute, as well as a Certified Micropigmentologist and Instructor, Rita has dedicated her career to helping clients enhance their natural beauty through expertly performed permanent cosmetic procedures.
Personally endorsed by the Arkansas Department of Health, Rita has performed thousands of permanent makeup treatments throughout her career, making her one of the most experienced practitioners in Arkansas and the surrounding region. Her exceptional skill, artistic eye for color and design, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation for delivering beautiful, natural-looking results tailored to each client’s unique features.
Rita continues to own and operate Forever Beautiful and the Hot Springs Permanent Cosmetic Institute and is excited to expand her availability by offering services at A More Beautiful You Med Spa in Hot Springs Village. Molly offers a unique holistic approach to wellness, combining advanced biofeedback technology, herbal medicine, and personalized wellness guidance to help clients gain deeper insight into their overall health and well-being.
She specializes in our Signature 3D Biofeedback Wellness Scan, a non-invasive experience that uses sound frequency technology through specialized headphones and advanced 3D imaging to evaluate the body’s energetic patterns. The scan is designed to identify energetic stressors, sensitivities, imbalances, nutritional concerns, and areas that may benefit from additional wellness support.
Clients often find the information revealed through their scans aligns with existing health concerns, past injuries, surgical history, sensitivities, hormonal changes, and other wellness challenges. Following each session, Molly provides a detailed personalized wellness report and reviews the findings with clients, helping them better understand their results and develop a wellness plan tailored to their individual needs.
In addition to biofeedback services, Molly has extensive training in herbal medicine and natural wellness solutions. She creates personalized wellness recommendations and may suggest herbal support, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional guidance designed to promote balance and overall well-being.
